1. What is a My Rovers Account?+
A My Rovers Account is your one-stop shop for purchasing tickets and merchandise online, and the place to control which communications you receive from the Club.
From 21st January 2020, all Rovers fans will need to create a new My Rovers Account to purchase tickets and merchandise online.
A My Rovers Account provides one log in for all ticket and retail purchases, whilst also becoming a portal to keep track of your current Club Cash levels. Once logged in, you will have full control over which communications you wish to receive for the club.

2. Who needs a My Rovers Account?+
All Rovers supporters will need a My Rovers Account.
From 21st January 2020, a My Rovers Account will be the only way to purchase tickets and retail items from the club.
3. I already have an eTicketing Account – do I need to create a My Rovers Account??+
All supporters will need to create a new My Rovers Account.
Supporters who have existing eTicketing accounts should create a new account using the same email address as used in their previous eTicketing account with a new password.
Once you create your new My Rovers Account, you will be able to link to your existing ticket purchase account.
4. How do I create a ‘My Rovers Account’?+
You can create a My Rovers Account by entering your email address and password, or alternatively by using your Facebook social login.
You will then receive an email with a secure link – click on this link to confirm your email address. Your My Rovers Account is now active.
Make sure you update your details, update your Communication Preferences and Link your existing Client Reference Number!
For social sign in, click on the Facebook icon on the registration page. Depending on whether you are ‘signed in’ to the provider, you may be promoted to sign in and allow permissions. If you are already signed in, your account will be automatically created using the email, forename and surname from your social profile. Try and ensure that the email address associated with your Facebook account is also the same as your previous eticketing account.
5. What happens to my old eTicketing account?+
Your My Rovers Account will replace your existing eTicketing and Online Store account. Going forward, any log in requests from eTicketing or the Online Store will automatically redirect you to your new My Rovers Account. All of your previous separate accounts will be linked and will include your purchase history.
6. Will my Club Cash and purchase history carry over to my new account?+
Yes – you will still be able to access your Club Cash and purchase history in the same way as before. Checking your balance and spending your Cash, will become easier with a My Rovers Account.
7. How do I link my existing client reference number?+
In order to continue to make purchases for tickets and merchandise online, it is essential that supporters with an existing account link their old accounts to their My Rovers Account. This process will allow supporters to have an easier and cleaner journey through websites with everything in one account. You will only need to link your accounts as a one-off action – once it’s done, you are all ready to go!
8. Why does it say “no account found” when I enter my eTicketing Fan Number?+
This means that the email address used to register your My Rovers Account does not match the email address held on our database. If you are not sure which email address (if any) is registered on our database, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure that we have your correct email address registered.
9. Why does it say that my client reference is incorrect?+
If you are a Season Ticket Holder or 1875 Club Member, your client reference can be found on your Season Ticket or Membership Card. If you do not have a Season Ticket or Membership Card, you can find your client reference on a confirmation email or receipt from a previous ticketing purchase. If you are not sure of your client reference, please email email@example.com
10. How do I buy tickets once I have a My Rovers Account?+
Visit our eTicketing website at www.eticketing.co.uk/onerovers and click “login”. This will redirect you to https://signin.rovers.co.uk/. Sign in with your My Rovers Account email and password (or log in with your Facebook).
11. Nothing is working – I require further assistance.+
